★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is great, got a decent quote quickly, the receptionist is really nice and so is Jordan. The problem is the employees in Toronto who actually handle the claim when you’ve been in an accident. Micheal was amazing giving me all of the info I needed. Melanie on the other hand, has been taking over 2 months to finish my claim, it’s currently still ongoing. I am very disappointed. I also had my belongings in my car and I lived 4 hours away from the crash site and where my car was being held. I finally was able to go pick up my belongings to find out they had sold my car and the new owner had taken it away. Thanks cooperators I will never see those items again.
