About EXIT Realty Lake Superior

Terry Trembinski, a lifelong resident of Sault Ste. Marie and a veteran REALTOR, founded EXIT Realty Lake Superior. In April 2000. Having been in the Real Estate business since the 1970’s, Terry immediately understood that the EXIT system was Real Estate, Re-invented and a powerful new tool for Buyers, Sellers, and Salespeople. EXIT Realty Lake Superior was the first EXIT franchise to be opened in Northern Ontario. Today, his daughter Kristen Trembinski and her business partner, Jamie Coccimiglio are co-owners of the company. They are excited to bring their individual strengths and knowledge and work together to build on what Terry started almost two decades ago.

EXIT Realty Lake Superior’s first office was located in downtown Sault Ste Marie on Albert Street. EXIT Realty Lake Superior grew quickly. We then moved to two different locations on Great Northern Road, which we have also outgrown due to our rapid growth. Our amazing team of superstar agents has multiplied and thus instigated another move to our current beautiful office space on Northern Avenue.

EXIT Realty Lake Superior has grown into one of the top Real Estate Brokerages in Northern Ontario, serving communities from Wawa to Elliot Lake, and everywhere in-between. EXIT Realty Lake Superior now has offices located in the Soo and Blind River to better serve our clients along the north shore.

I visited the Soo to purchase an investment property, and after noticing the exit team almost all over the city I decided to give them a try. Upon walking into the brokerage, the receptionist ignored that I even existed for almost 5 minutes. Finally, after looking around I walked up to her desk and asked to speak with an agent (I can hear the receptionist and agent chuckling around the corner). Nonetheless, after meeting an agent and speaking with her, I expressed what I'm interested in purchasing, I was advised that I would be placed on a mailing list upon signing up on their app. Days went by and no listings were being sent and the agent even went as far as asking me to send listings I may like to put an offer on (Isn’t that your job?) I felt like from the time I entered into the brokerage, seeing the staff (everyone's face looking long/non-friendly) to my interactions with my agent - the comfort of knowing you’re going to be taken care off was definitely in question! Being a member of a minority community - I'm not sure if I was being discriminated against or not but this brokerage definitely needs a customer service crash course for their entire staff...

My wife and I wanted to personally thank Tracey Wetzl so much for making the purchase of our new home so easy. During a pandemic time, it was daunting to find an agent, but when we connected with Tracey, she made us feel relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process. Any questions we had, if she didn’t have the answer, would take the time and find out the best solution. Anyone looking for a real estate agent, must first talk with Tracey. Not once did we ever feel she was just trying to sell us something and move on. Her honesty and genuineness is what made us feel good with our decision! Thanks Tracey for everything?

Leslie Bridge: Hands down one of the best when it comes to navigating real estate waters for first time and experienced home buyers. Can't recommend her enough.

Mike Nystedt is an unethical agent and plays dirty. He violates his own deadlines and quick to sweep his own buyers under the rug for his own benefit. It's all about the money for him.

Had an extremely poor experience with realtor Mike Nystedt this past weekend. He failed to honour his own offer deadline by allowing additional offers in through the back door hours after his deadline.

Agent Mike Nystedt does not respect his own deadlines and late late offers come through if it means getting a bidding war going. Forget about keeping a fair playing field, good morals and good ethics, it's all about the money for this man! $$

Had a horrific buying experience with Mike Nystedt; he tried to sell me a home with a soaking wet basement and a deteriorating roof. When I asked Mike if I should protect myself and add a home inspection to my offer, he became very adamant that an inspection condition would make me "non-competetive" even though ZERO other offers were submitted up to and including offer deadline. Mike also happened to be the selling agent on this same property. What did Mike know that he didn't want me to? What was he trying to hide?

I had previously attempted to use a different real estate company, of whom I won't name, and they were absolutely abysmal. Exit Realty not only sold my home, but our realtor Leslie Bridge was exceedingly professional, friendly, and offered to stage the home, plow the driveway; the whole nine yards. I've never seen such genuine interest in getting a home sold. Unlike some who will just sit back and do nothing and wait for a sale, she put her back into their work and it shows. I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend Exit Realty, and doubly so Leslie. A fast sale and a wonderful woman who was a pleasure to work with. I wish I had gone with them as my first choice.
