★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob is so awesome, professional, personable, efficient and very honest!!!! Our experience was top notch and he really has his finger on the pulse of the real estate market!!! We did look at other broker/agents however, based on reviews we found and word of mouth, there was no one else that compared!!!
Our house sold in 3-4 days and even then, with the competing offers, Rob was able to help us through that process to make informed and realistic decisions. He should be promoted to Kernel of the market!!! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rob and Amanda were a fantastic team! After several dozen viewings with them and multiple offers, we finally found a great place! I was intimidated by the process of buying my first home, but they made it much more comfortable and were responsive when I had questions or concerns. I always got the impression that Rob was upfront with me and didn't try to sell me on any BS; and Amanda went out if her way to show me houses by video when I was out of province. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
