About Co-op Wine Spirits Beer Crowfoot
The Sommelier Coordinator works with a diverse group of Co-op Wine Spirits Beer team members in order to drive wine sales, build customer loyalty, and provide training and development for team members and customers. They work to promote the distinct competitive advantage of the Co-op Wine Spirits Beer brand.
In addition to providing education on wine, the Sommelier Coordinator curates Co-op Wine Spirits and Beer’s selections, assists in the selling and distribution of our personal wine locker program, and interacts directly with customers to provide advice and create strong relationships with loyal patrons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their selection of wines and (local) beers, which is why I usually come here. However, today's experience was not good.
Madalyn in particular must have had a bad day -- the entire checkout was marked with no friendliness or any interest in customers whatsoever.
Starting with a horrendous sigh when putting down a box of wine in order to scan my items at the till, it was followed with a "need a bag?", and those where literally the only words she said during the entire checkout. When I finalized the transaction she couldn't get to ask me if I wanted my receipt but just shoved it in my hands... No thank you, no have a good day etc... It was quite the "now get the heck out of here" experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much wine! The store is laid out so that it's easy to find something specific, but I enjoy just wandering this lovely store. There's so much choice in all the different areas. And there's a good selection of really nice bottles of liquor behind glass. The staff are quite helpful and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a great selection of wine at good prices. However my experience with staff today was dismal. A staff member was unable to help with a wine inquiry and walked away, no apology or redirection to someone who could. The checkout was worse. I stood in line for 5 minutes and when I got to the cashier, he moved to another checkout stand, no explanation, leaving me standing with my bottles of wine. I was helped at another checkout but they weren't friendly or welcoming. I'll stick with the Silver Springs liquor store where my business feels valued.
