CNR Auto made our trip pleasant from the moment we landed in Canada. Definitely going to book their service again next time we travel to Vancouver. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a reservation with another car company and ran into some problems during check in and wasn't able to rent the car. The employee however, recommended us to try and contact CNR Auto Car Rental. They were already closed at 5:30 but my boyfriend decided to call. He spoke with Cindy (which luckily stayed late that day) and we managed to get a car rental minutes after talking to her on the phone. Their prices for rentals were very reasonable and actually better than the big named car rental companies even with insurance included. The car we rented was the perfect size and was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Staff were super professional and kind. I honestly cannot thank Cindy and the business enough for going above and beyond helping us out and making our trip to Vancouver a great trip to remember!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never EVER go back. They act all nice selling you the car and then if anything happens they turn into a very rude and unprofessional person. Very unreliable vehicles as well as they charge you If happens to the vehicle ie. battery dying. I would rate 0-10 if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rental company is the absolute worst. My group and I rented a Nissan kicks for the weekend of may 13-16. The car battery DIED on us while we were out at a restaurant on our last night in Vancouver around 11pm. We had to tow the car an hour away from where we were, spending $160. We left the rental place several voicemails which they ignored. When we finally got a hold of someone in the morning they LIED and stated that they don’t even have a voicemail set up. Then they proceeded to blame my group for the battery dying, saying that we probably did something for that to happen. Cindy and her coworker screamed and yelled as us on the phone. They refused to reimburse the tow and also took a $500 deposit for THEIR CAR dying on us. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Completely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
