Very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending the right rope for a specific job.

The two guys in the shop were super friendly and we had a good chat about different ropes and equipment that could be used. We went into the back and had a look at the different ropes they had in stock and they even let me use their computer to show them some YouTube videos that depicted what I was going to try better than I could articulate myself.
Super friendly experience!
