★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I went to get a new set of nails for my wedding. I went to a different nail salon. (Recommended by a friend) Today is 2 days before my wedding and I left so upset. I thought maybe I was being a psycho bride BUT it was no good. Long story short I called in at 1pm and Cathy (an angel!!) Got me in for 6pm the same day. I went in and she confirmed that I was not crazy and it was not a good job. SHE WAS AMAZINGGGGG. Legitimately everything I wanted. It looks perfect. And was so so fair with me. I teared up at the end because it took so much stress off.
Cathy, thank you. I will be back and you will be recommended over and over again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went a couple weeks ago for shellac manicure. Pros: nice website with online booking ability, great selection of colours
Con: shellac started peeling in only 5 days which doesn’t usually happen when I go elsewhere until at least 1.5-2 weeks. There was also a bubble in the polish on one of the nails.
I thought I’d give another try because so many people rave about them so I booked again. They cancelled my booking with only an email notification with no reason provided only a day before the service. If something happened or someone was sick, I get it, but to not even provide the courtesy of a call to explain and to make sure the customer saw the email was a little rude. I only happened to see it because I was looking for something else in my inbox - otherwise I’m not in the habit of checking emails on weekends.
After this happened and reaching out to other women in local Facebook groups, seems this is something they’re known for.
I know they’re a newer business so have some things to work out. Hopefully their customer service can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a set of acrylic nails done. They looked pretty good initially but after less than 3 days I could see parts where there was lifting already, not filled nicely on the side walls, and the tips that were glued on are not adhered properly so there’s a gap between my natural nail and the tip where moisture can get trapped and cause a fungus. Definitely could have taken more time to do a better job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER friendly staff, but unfortunately I was disappointed all three times that I went here. The first time, I booked with Ben and he began my nails and then handed me off to another woman, who ended up doing a terrible job. I had to come back a couple days later because two nails came off and others were lifting.
The last set I got was super thick and not flush with the nail at all. I also had two of those fall off, plus the top coat got scuffed off really easily.
I would have loved to have continued going here, because the staff was so lovely and I felt welcomed and comfortable right away. Sadly, the quality of their work was very poor, and I have to find a new salon. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. What a great place. From the warm welcome to the great nail tech Sandy. All around a great experience. She knew exactly what I asked for and turned out better than expected. Finally found my new nail salon in Maple Ridge. The owner remembered my name the entire time. Can’t wait to book for other services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to home and a fabulous salon. This is my forth time there and it is always top notch. My second visit, the tech did make a mistake but she did correct it and I was apologized to. The qualityhas always been great, customer service is always amazing.
I have had so many compliments on my nails! This will be the only place I go from now on. Thank you en for a beautiful design!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this nail place in my neighbourhood and i have to say they are the best and you have to try them. All staff works there super friendly and you will get the best service from them. I tried few nail tech there and they were all so great. I love work with Ben specifically as he pay very good attention to what he is doing and you wouldn't be disappointed.
If you are debating or hesistate to try them out, don't be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard gel with extension and nail art. Excellent service, super professional, treat you like a truly valued part of their business. Cathy did my hard gel, Ben did the nail art. Sandy has done a gel pedi for me previously. It's a really good salon, where they respect your body and treat it with care.
