My sales rep, Lucas was always available to help and very easy to deal with. I have bought a lot of used cars from small shops and there is always some kind of problem. This was the easiest deal i have ever made.

They evaluated my car and gave me an incredible trade-in value so I went for it. Graham then introduced me to Sandra, the financing manager. She was super nice and personable and took the reins and secured me the loan and a good interest rate. Everything went smoothly and a few days later I was driving home in my new car! If you are looking for a newer vehicle I highly recommend CMH. They have a huge selection of vehicles of all types. We came in unsure of what kind of truck we wanted and could afford, but Graham was able to quickly narrow down some trucks in our budget and we were able to find the perfect fit for our family, making the whole experience very simple and stress free. Krista went above and beyond with the financing of our Ford F150 and was able to get us a rate and plan that was above even our expectations. When we arrived, Luke gave me the keys and let me take my time with the vehicle on a test drive. I never felt rushed, and he patiently answered all my questions. I requested a few minor cosmetic to be fixed in the event we purchased the van, and Luke confirmed that they would be taken care of. When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed the tire light was on. One of the service technicians confirmed that the valve stem was leaking. Because we live an hour away, they arranged the repair that day at a local tire shop down the street at no charge. Everyone we interacted with there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend CMH if you're looking for a vehicle. Thank you! (Part 2) Experience with Service After receiving our van, I noticed several items that I hoped would be covered by the 6-week warranty. After a little phone and email tag, I was able to book a day to visit for the following week. It was well worth the wait. The CMH Service Department (Graham in particular) honoured their warranty and took care of the items I asked them about on the same day. Overall, very impressed with the experience. It's obvious why they move so many cars. They really took care of us.

My sales guy Graham was amazing, walking me through all the step's and making sure I was understanding everything as this was the first vehicle I had ever bought on my own !. Krista was who I dealt with for financing, she was awesome as well guiding me and making sure I understood all the number's when it came to the financing of the truck.
