★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly employees! Nice and clean inside, lots of activities to do with the kids (check the printout at the front desk for a list of upcoming activities/events) computers to use, books and movies to rent, this place is a little hidden jem :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly committed service. Availability of everything I am interested in is superb,; both early publications and recent work in Politics, Fiction, Mysteries, Science. How they afford to do this is beyond my understanding. The reference service works well. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my worst library experience. Ever. I went to 2 different libraries trying to find something even remotely child friendly. There are no toys. The children are supposed to be quiet. Not a good time with young children. I'm really really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the closest branch to my home and I'm always able to get what I need from there by requesting books ahead of time on the website, which they then ship to this branch for me to pick up when I can. I work 9-5 M-F and can always visit around their hours. Checkout process is always quick and easy and the library is a nice, calm place, as it should be.

Enormous number of kids crying, you can't read or study
Staff are unprofessional and keep talking with each other, Tim Hortons is more quiet than this chaos
