★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pire hôpital, toujours des causes prioritaires qui amène des attentes de 18 à 60 heures. Le jour où je vais y retourner, ça être par ambulance et peut-être trop tard et se ne sera pas moi qui va appeler . Je préfère mourir plutôt que d'y aller. Hôpital pour les non malade.
Extrêmement déçu ,
Avoir pu mettre un moin 10 étoiles, je l'aurais fait.
 The worst hospital, always priority causes which brings waits of 18 to 60 hours. The day I go back, it will be by ambulance and maybe too late and it won't be me who will call. I'd rather die than go. Hospital for non-sick people.
Extremely disappointed,
Could have put at least 10 stars, I would have done it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les infirmières sont très gentilles. Elles offrent un service attentionné. Par contre la réceptionniste devrait apprendre à dire "Bonjour", avec un sourire ce serait encore mieux...
The nurses are very nice. They offer attentive service. On the other hand the receptionist should learn to say "Hello", with a smile that would be even better ...

C'est parce que l'infirmière qui prend des prises de sang n'écoute pas l'utilisateur et laisse des bleus.
J'ai demandé de me faire piqué sur le bras droit, mais noooon c'est L'INFIRMIÈRE qui choisi!
En 10 ans, j'ai jamais eut de bleu, sauf sur le bras gauche.
I wondered why there was so much availability.
This is because the nurse who takes blood samples does not listen to the user and leaves bruises.
I asked to get stung on my right arm, but noooo it's THE NURSE who chooses!
In 10 years, I've never had a bruise, except on my left arm.

Secretary always very stupid and very disrespectful. It's terrible to work in the health field and to be so inhuman and unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Social worker here named Odrey Clermont-Lalonde is currently being held accountable for the theft of items belonging to an Alzheimers patient under her care; as this patient is unable to defend themselves. This is a disgusting example of caretakers taking advantage of their patients. I will percue with the matter until proper action is taken by the CLSC.
