★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanna the receptionist is SO rude!! Can't believe she treats patients the way she does. This place is barely open and you need to wait WEEKS to get in to see the doctor. What is the point of having a family doctor you can't get into for weeks?? Doctor is over an hour late to every appt I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting Dr. Lau's office for over 15 years and both the doctors take the time to not just ask you about the issue you've come in for, but to also inquire about your overall health. It's refreshing to come to a family doctor over a clinic, because they do not rush you in and out as quick as possible. They make sure to spend the time they need with you to address all health concerns. Thank you to Dr. Lau's office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lau has been my family doctor since 1978. She has been very devoted and helpful over the years. She took on my mother and brother as well and did all she could for them. I have seen seeing Dr. Lu these last three to four years because I had heard that Dr. Lau was cutting back on her hours. Dr. Lu has been very conscientious as well, taking the time with me to do a great job. All the very best to Dr. Lu and her new baby. Congratulations! Bless Dr. Lau and Dr. Lu! I appreciate you both!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lu went on maternity leave and left her patients hanging high and dry without informing them of any kind of transition plan or finding a replacement Doctor. With someone with mental health issues / health issues and being informed by the very rude and unapologetic receptionist that walk-ins are the only available option is so poorly executed not to mention dangerous for people who rely on these services. Would not recommend this practise to anyone looking for a family doctor, not to mention wait times go well beyond the scheduled time. I know the health care system is strained due to the pandemic but not having a transition plan in place / informing patients is just plan negligent. Do better.
PS. Lana the receptionist is one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and she has never been pleasant to deal with, least she is consistent though.
