He was very knowledgeable about the market, kept us informed on all the details, promptly answered all our emails and questions. Ron worked tirelessly to insure all documents were understood, reviewed and completed on time, especially when we were working in different time zones. After only one open house we had offers above asking price and within a few days the condo was sold. There were no hidden fees.
Ron and Jermey were amazing and made the selling of this condo a breeze. Thank you both so much for making this so easy and for all the extras you did for us.

After my home inspection, Ron and Jeremy were extremely helpful with setting me up with individuals/companies that I had to hire for minor repairs etc.
I was living on Vancouver Island at the time I was selling my home in Cloverdale so I wasn't there as often as I would have liked to have been but I felt totally confident knowing that Ron and Jeremy were taking good care of my home.
They always returned my phone calls promptly and they sold my house in a very timely manner.
