The office culture and atmosphere is excellent at Homelife Cloverdale. The support and training is fantastic and the management, owner, support staff and fellow realtors are all friendly, professional, and helpful. I've now been with Homelife Cloverdale for over 3 years and am looking forward to many more successful years.

When I started with Homelife back in 2007 I had interviewed with a few different companies. But none stood out like the Cloverdale Homelife office did and still does over 10 years later. I chose this particular office after meeting Rick Dubord and seeing what he had to offer in comparison to other companies. He was and is so much more forward thinking than most of the Owner/Brokers I have met over the years. When you are new to real estate or any industry for that matter it is important to have people to turn to for support. Rick and Natalie have always been there to help when we have challenges or questions needing answered.
