Cannot speak highly enough for Kara as an agent. Her positive, fun attitude eases what can be a stressful time and she is incredibly knowledgeable and informative on the entire selling & buying process. We appreciated that she would provide her thoughts/input at viewings, but would give just enough to not sway opinion.
The Balance team were also great to work with, we were very impressed with the staging of our place and quality of photos for the listing, it really stood out. Each member of the team were wonderful to deal with, 10/10 would recommend.
