"I am profoundly hearing impaired. I am not elderly. In fact it is a disability not simply a 'hearing loss." I also have chronic Tinnitus, again in the top 5% of profound. This has been a 10 year journey for me and yes it has been incredibly difficult. The reason I am sharing this today is I have just come from an appointment with my audiologist and he is a very special human being. I am not a client he is not a dispenser in fact I am treated as a patient which is so comforting. I am not sure where I would be in my journey if he had not come alongside me. His name is Jason Kemp he has begun his own company. His company is CLOUD HEARING and I just spent an hour with this incredible human being. We were recommended by a friend to go to see Jason Kemp regarding our hearing aid requirements as him being an audiologist & wearing hearing aids himself, he would understand what we go through suffering from hearing loss. We cannot thank that person enough for this recommendation. Jason & his staff are awesome. We have never been satisfied with our hearing aid providers up until going to his office. We originally lived in Winnipeg & now reside in Alberta. We travel to Winnipeg on a yearly basis to visit family & on those trips we book an appointment with Cloud Hearing to get our hearing checked, have Bill service our hearing aids & get Jason to adjust them if required. With Covid-19 we weren’t able to go to Winnipeg & had to get our hearing aids serviced in Edmonton. Unfortunately they couldn’t service the hearing aids, even though they are factory representatives of our hearing aids & they didn’t have the right tools to service them & they altered the hearing aids to factory settings from the settings we had them on. Great, now we had no service done to them as well as now they don’t work. Was not happy at all. Did I mention we live in Red Deer. My daughter has a hearing problem and had just moved back to Winnipeg from Alberta. I told her to make sure she booked an appointment with Cloud Hearing as I have nothing but respect for this business. She went for a hearing appointment & mentioned the problems we were having & Jason told her to tell me to contact his office as he could reinstate the proper settings remotely by using the Oticon app RemoteCare over the telephone. Needless to say I phoned them and set up an appointment on the phone. Now that my hearing has been properly restored I am so happy. One more to go. I do not trust anyone to touch my hearing aids from now on except Cloud Hearing. Because of Covid-19 our travel has been suspended & we are very happy that they can still access our hearing aids from a distance. In the event of an emergency for my hearing aids & Cloud Hearing can’t do anything for me being the distance we are from them, I will ask who they recommend in Alberta we should go to for service.

I received a return email the same day of request for my non working Oticon hearing aid. The appointment was set for the next working day. I arrived and it was repaired and back in my ear serving me. Never did I have the expectation of any of it. I was so pleased to return with my appliance working and also a timely and positive experience with Cloud Hearing. ✌?

I am super happy to have found Jason years ago Jason has helped me with my hearing many times always kind and respectful presents himself well Before I met Jason I had some terrible audiologists ones who didn’t care didn’t know what they were doing sold the worst hearing aids on the market couldn’t hear anything I was young having a hard time in school When I found Jason it was a blessing he fixed up my hearing with the best hearing aids on the market tunes them to my hearing loss and from that day on I knew Jason was my go to audiologist He’s hard of hearing himself so he knows what we go through I would recommend Jason to everyone and anyone if you think you got a good audiologist I suggest going to see Jason he will show you why he’s the best audiologist out there and will take care of you

I booked my husband in to see Dr. Jason Kemp because my Dad has had nothing but fantastic service with Jason. Both Jason and Bill worked with us, answered our questions, and maintained scrupulously safe COVID-aware environment. I cannot overemphasize the time and care that both of these gentlemen took to make everything work for my husband. We left feeling confident in the equipment and with the knowledge that we have formed a relationship with this hearing centre. And yes, a Doctor of Audiology is a doctor--in the same way that a dentist is a Doctor of Dentistry, and a professor may be a Doctor of Philosophy or a Doctor of Education (and many other doctoral degrees). It's an earned degree that comes with a title.

Had an amazing experience with cloud hearing. I suffer from a fairly rare condition, reduce noise tolerance tolerance. Desperate for help, I approached many many different audiologists and all of them either said they couldn't help me or turned me away. Jason was not afraid of a challenge and was able to work with me, think outside the Box, and come up with a solution for my problem. For that I am extremely grateful!

I've been seeing Jason for many years. I had seen many Hearing places prior to Jason but when I found Jason all those years ago I knew he was the right fit for me. Having hearing loss himself, he was truly able to listen and understand the issues and problems I was having. He changed my life and my hearing ability and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hearing needs. He's a game changer that goes that extra mile to provide the best hearing solutions with fantastic customer service. Yes he has changed names a couple of times but you have to ask yourself why that is, it's because he is that good and corporations want that business. I've always looked for him no matter where he has went. If you don't believe me see for yourself what he can do, I will bet that he can make a difference in your hearing life. The products he endorses are the best on the market, do your research and you will see the products are top notch and so is his knowledge and expertise. Thanks Jason for all the years of fabulous courteous and professional service and giving me the best hearing possible on the market and understanding my needs. Jason has been my audiologist for 21 years and I cannot say enough about the service he provides, and the care he has for his clients. He does not view me as a number, and never has. We have developed a relationship and there is a level of respect that is rare to find these days. Several years ago when I needed a new set of hearing aids, there was a new behind the ear technology that I should have gone with. I expressed concerns with my baby grabbing at them and pulling at them, and I just wasn’t comfortable with that style at that time in my life. He listened and heard my concerns and did not push it further. He immediately switched gears and we went with the style I wanted. Four years later I was ready for the new technology. It was an exciting moment for both of us that I was finally in that place. I appreciated that he respected my concerns that were important to me and wasn’t just about the sale. I will always consider Jason to be my hearing doctor, but I also consider him a friend.

My wife and I had a car accident and lost control of our vehicle on ice. The car rolled over three times in the ditch and my wife lost significant hearing in the accident. After visiting at least three different hearing companies but could not find suitable help. That was when I found Jason Kemp. I called his office on a Saturday and he saw my wife and myself that day. For almost 20 years now, we continue to be very pleased with the care that we have received from Jason and his staff. Jason is also hearing impaired and we feel that this allows him to better understand my wife’s needs. My son is also under Jasonβ€˜s care and I would recommend him and the staff at Cloud Hearing without hesitation. He has won awards and has been recognized by the Better Business Bureau for his professionalism.
