This place is great! The doctor was very nice and got me everything I needed. I went to try on contacts and he provided me with samples and helped me choose what was best for me. Open on the weekends and has a lot of parking in the back.

What a fantastic experience! Welcoming, friendly, pleasant environment. I could not have asked for better service. 11/10 will recommend.

Dr Monplaisir is amazing! He put us all at ease and was very informative. The staff at this clinique were wonderful. Very professional. Great service.

I unfortunately did not have the same pleasant experience as others at this clinic. I was given Cyclogyl drops in my eyes to test my so-told latent hypermetropia and informed it would blur things “a little” temporarily. I wasn't informed that I would no longer be able to see anything clearly for hours (I could not even read a stop sign when standing 2m away from it). I was not asked if I had driven to the clinic, or if I had anyone available to pick me up. I was therefore stuck in my parked car for 3 hours waiting for my vision to return before attempting my drive back home in Montreal during traffic hour. I also had to write an exam, which was scheduled that eve, with a magnifying glass as I couldn’t make out more than one word at a time. Had I been given a heads up on the effect of these drops, I would have gladly scheduled them for another day where I wouldn’t have to dangerously drive back home and risk failing an exam. UPDATE: Following the clinic’s response, I think it is important that I clarify that I was NOT given the option for another appointment. Perhaps had I asked it wouldn’t have been a problem. However the issue lies in the fact that I WAS NOT ADVISED OF THE EXTENT OF THE BLURRING (picture yourself driving down the road not being able to read out stop signs much less highway direction signs; I could barely make out pedestrians walking on sidewalk). What ensued was an extremely dangerous drive home to get my family, along with the cancellation of all of my afternoon appointments. It is your responsibility to inform your patients of the effects of your treatment, and I seriously doubt that not informing your patients of the dangers that taking the wheel after such an exam could entail. Additionally, when I told an assistant that I was not expecting this extent of blurring while in waiting room, and that I had driven there and wasn’t sure how I’d make it back to Montreal safely, her response was ‘At least it’s not sunny outside, otherwise it’d be worse. Wear sunglasses and you should be fine’.

I went 3 times and 3 times the lenses came of its frames. Finally, had ask for full refund, but refunded me partially......

Dr.Jean Nécastile and his team are so patient and nice! The exam was done very smoothly! I would recommend this place 100%! The place is cozy and very covid safe! There are more ocular tests than at other clinics but it is to make sure your eyes are completely healthy! Nothing negative to add, the staff is super nice and welcoming!
