 I was referred to this clinic and I tried several times to join them for follow-ups and I never heard back from the nurse

â â â â â At the beginning I had hopes seeing that they were offering free services and no waiting list.I had my pre-evaluation first and then they told ne would be 2 to 3 weeks max before seeing the psychiatrist. I waited till the 3rd week and turns out they have forgotten to book me an appointment so i had to wait another 2 weeks ( even if at the very beginning I've akready told them about my employment insurance ending soon) .
So i get there my appt. Is at 3h pm I wait till 4h20
I get to see and talk to the psychiatrist tell him about why I'm there he seemed like he was falling asleep on me his eyes were closing while i was speaking and then he would open them back up again real quick . Bottom line is he prescribed something that i have already took in the past that didnt work for me and i was suppose to get another prescription too from what i understood from him but i didnt get it . I Needed to be heard and understood in order to get the right prescriptions to start work again this week .
Nways so the pharmacy calls me telling me which prescription was faxed i was baffled. SO I call the clinic the secretary tells me the psychiatrist will call me back friday ok good ! NOW friday is here no calls so i called back speaking to anothet lady over there explaining my story and she kept on saying I'll talk to him I'll talk to him .But i was trying to get an answer today because i worked today for the fisrt time in 5 months and she only told me I'll talk to him and to this day no answers back . I Find it very hard for people to just acknowledge that they have a mental isssue and then they are treated this way .I will never go there again . I feel that this clinic treats you like another number from my experience.

â â â â â I had a telephone appointment with Hans Lamarre after being referred to him and going through intake with his social worker. It was the beginning of COVID. I was suicidal. He prescribed medication and said he would follow up in two weeks. He didnât. He didnât return multiple calls. I found a wonderful psychiatrist at LibĂ©ra Clinic and have turned my life around. I just received an automated text from a British Columbia area code with his new Montreal address⊠Obviously he had my contact all along. This âdoctorâ should be disbarred.
