S	Sandy 21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medecin - infirmières numéro 1 rien à dire . Parcontre le personnelle à la réception il laisse à désirer. La réceptionniste Amel, très arrogante elle regarde la clientèle avec une air bête quand c'est elle qui vienne de laver son linge sale en public . Elle a manquer de respect à l'une de c'est infirmières devant tout la clientèle, manque énormément de professionnalisme. Sinon très bonne clinique malgré le temps d'attente. Doctor - nurses number 1 nothing to say. Parontre the personal at the reception it leaves something to be desired. The receptionist Amel, very arrogant, she looks at the customers with a stupid air when it is she who comes to wash her dirty laundry in public. She disrespects one of her nurses in front of all the clients, very unprofessional. Otherwise very good clinic despite the waiting time.

Mmmm pas certaine de ton prénom mais tu te reconnaitras et le reste du personnel à l'accueil vous faites du bon travail!! I have always had good service from the staff who welcome us. My doctor ? the cream of the crop Dre. Huynh but I don't know the others! Thank you all I don't know you all by your first names but thanks to Marie-Pier, little Sarah? Mmmm not sure of your first name but you will recognize yourself and the rest of the staff at the reception you are doing a good job!!

J'ai déposé une plainte auprès de leur administration depuis octobre 2020. Mars 2022 (plus d'un an après), personne ne m'a contacté malgré 10 suivis de ma part par courriel et par téléphone. Quand on appelle, tout le monde est bête. C'est dire combien ils prennent leur service à coeur. Lorsque dernièrement j'ai finalement pu parler à une réceptionniste désemparée, elle a transféré mon appel à mon propre médecin. Bonjour la confidentialité. Je fais des démarches légales et j'informerai ici de mes résultats, afin d'aider d'autres patients brimés par ces incompétents. This clinic is not legal. They do not have a Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner, as required by law. I have filed a complaint with their administration since October 2020. March 2022 (more than a year later), no one has contacted me despite 10 follow-ups from me by email and phone. When we call, everyone is stupid. This shows how much they take their service to heart. When lately I was finally able to speak to a distraught receptionist, she transferred my call to my own doctor. Hello privacy. I am taking legal steps and I will report my results here, in order to help other patients bullied by these incompetents.

Le personnel à l’accueil n’est pas très accueillant, ne fait pas d’effort pour être compréhensible derrière un plexiglass et un masque ( qui se trouve être sous le nez… étrange pour un centre médicalisé ) quand au pédiatre qui a prit en charge ma fille je n’ai pas les mots. Il a été odieux, condescendant et non professionnel, je suis dans le domaine médical donc je peux en juger largement. Je n’y retournerai jamais. Plus jamais je ne voudrais me sentir aussi mal. The good thing is that there is room for the follow-up and it is indeed the only one…. The reception staff is not very welcoming, does not make an effort to be understandable behind a plexiglass and a mask (which happens to be under the nose… strange for a medical center) when the pediatrician who took care of charge my daughter I have no words. He was obnoxious, condescending and unprofessional, I'm in the medical field so I can judge that broadly. I will never go back there. I would never want to feel so bad again.

k	kai tai so on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is ok. Your experience will vary but mine was good. The receptionists are nice and their online system seems ok now. Had a lot of issues before with their online system. Note that they don't take walk-ins yet. New place and seems to lack seatings.
