★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les patients n’ont même pas été avisés du déménagement de clinique de leur médecin. Service exécrable comme à l’autre clinique. Leur fax ne fonctionne pas la majorité du temps, ils ne répondent pas au téléphone ni aux demandes via leur site web. Aucune aide du personnel alors que ça fait plus d’un mois que la pharmacie a fait une demande de renouvellement. Ça sert à rien d’avoir un MD de famille dans ce temps-là. Allez dans un sans rendez-vous ou trouvez-vous un autre médecin car ils n’ont aucune considération pour leur patient.
Patients were not even notified of their doctor's clinic move. Service as bad as at the other clinic. Their fax machine does not work most of the time, they do not answer the phone or requests via their website. No help from staff when it's been over a month since the pharmacy made a renewal request. There is no point in having a family MD at that time. Go to a walk-in or find yourself a different doctor because they have no regard for their patient.

J'ai seulement besoin de l'heure du rendez-vous de mon fils après avoir chercher pendant un mois ou travaillait le médecin qu'il doit voir. En plus C'est à l'autre bout de la ville...pourquoi pas avoir traverser le pont un coup partit
More than 30 minutes waiting, without anyone answering, bad service is rotten. I only need the time of my son's appointment after looking for a month or working the doctor he needs to see. In addition It's at the other end of the city ... why not have to cross the bridge suddenly went off
