Par conséquent, les médecins, contrairement à la secrétaire sont très gentils et très avenants. The secretary should not work with the public, she is totally unprofessional. She is very abrupt with clients. Therefore, the doctors, unlike the secretary, are very kind and very outgoing.

J’ai eu par le passé aussi de mauvaises expériences avec une de leur secrétaire qui manquait beaucoup de professionnalisme, d'empathie et de courtoisie. Par contre, lors de ma rencontre la plus récente j’ai eu une toute autre et meilleure impression avec d’autres membres de l’équipe. Une bonne attitude et un service souriant à mon arrivée ainsi qu’un suivi agréable et surprenant par téléphone. Bonne continuité! Young, dynamic and very competent team of doctors! I also had bad experiences in the past with one of their secretary who lacked professionalism, empathy and courtesy. However, the last time I met I had a whole new and better impression with other members of the team. A good attitude and a smiling service on my arrival as well as pleasant and surprising follow-up by phone. Good continuity!

Il y a plusieurs médecins certains sont très gentils. Mais le miens doit être un robot dépourvu de sentiments! Good luck with having a date! The staff are terrible. The receptionist had to retire or go to work in a prison !! There are several doctors, some of them are very nice. But mine must be a robot devoid of feelings!

He takes care of you it's different everything is by computer. Doctors are overworked. For me eye contact is very important.
