★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cela fait maintenant 17 ans que je suis avec banque nationale et depuis 2 ans j'ai du trouble avec cette succursale j'appelle à telnat savoir pkoi il gelé un chèque du gouvernement qui son les allocations familiales ont m'explique comme il se doit que ses a la discrétion de la succursale de gelé mon chèque ou non , et pour finir le plat ont me dit a tel nat qui peuvent gelé le chèque entre 5 et 8 jour ouvrables et elle a décidé la comis de le gelé 7 jour ouvrables les allocations pour le premier juin son inclut ont est le 28 mai et j'ai pas accès à mon argent avant le 8 juin après 17 ans à la même banque je pense vraiment à m'ouvrir un compte dans une autre banque très déçu

Sauf qu'ils me réfèrent à ma succursale quand il y à un problème... Py des problèmes y'en à trop souvent. Système informatique déficient. 3 jours pour avoir un document estampé par courriel...Bref... Loin du service que j'avais à mon autre succursale.

Une fois en contact avec la bonne personne elle nous répond qu'elle ne pourra pas régler l'erreur avant la semaine suivante. Ça donne envie de changer de banque lorsque le renouvellement se fera...à suivre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a une différence entre les services de la Banque Nationale et les brookers qui s'occupent de vous prodiguer les meilleurs taux, au meilleurs prix.
La banque Nationale deserve ses clients d'un compte bancaire. Les brookers qui s'occupent des prêts immobiliers sont un autre département. Comme plusieurs, maintenant, j'ai appris en faite la différence.
Je n'ai pas honte d'avouer que le langage immobilier m'est difficile à comprendre puisque ma connaissance était insuffisante.
