P	Pierre Savard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu du Dr Turgeon, aucune disponibilité et de flexibilité de sa part pour faire un traitement de canal '' fonctionne selon SON bloc'' et ne pouvant me présenter à 8h30 le matin cause de problème gastrique. J'ai du aller ailleurs pour le traitement et a refuser de poursuive avec la couronne. Autrement dit il m'a flushé parce que je ne pouvais me présenter tôt le matin selon sa cédule, sans parlé aussi de la secrétaire Nathalie qui n'a aucune empathie pour essayé de trouver une solution, un robot ! Je dois souligner par contre que Dr Turgeon fait du très bon travail, mais ne tient pas a ses patients et ne les accommode pas. C'est lui le BOSS ! Suite à tout les problèmes que j''ai du subir a me trouver un autre dentiste vous avez perdu 4 patients, ce qui veut dire toute notre petite famille et ce, en plus du bouche à oreille.... Vraiment décevant ! Claudette Beaulieu Savard Very disappointed with Dr. Turgeon, no availability and flexibility on his part to do a root canal treatment `` works according to HIS block '' and not being able to come at 8:30 in the morning because of gastric problem. I had to go elsewhere for treatment and refused to sue with the crown. In other words, he flushed me out because I couldn't show up early in the morning according to his schedule, without also talking about the secretary Nathalie who has no empathy for trying to find a solution, a robot! I must point out, however, that Dr. Turgeon does a very good job, but does not care about his patients and does not accommodate them. He's the BOSS! Following all the problems that I had to undergo to find me another dentist you lost 4 patients, which means all our small family and this, in addition to word of mouth .... Really disappointing! V	Verne March on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentists here are very sweet, they really do care how you feel. The talk to you trying their best to make sure you are ok. I've had a file there for 6 years, l moved out 2 hours away from where l used to live (which was a couple blocks away from the dentist ). l now live 2 hour and a half away by car ...but it's totally worth it!
