Avant mon rendez-vous JE PRENDS LA PEINE de mentionner à la secrétaire à l’avant que j’ai faite ma demande d’assurance il y a quelques jours si nous pouvons vérifié si ils sont rentrer en vigueur sinon j’allais reporter mon rendez-vous elle m’a clairement dit non non pas de problème de toute façons si c’est quelques jours les assureurs acceptent quand même les réclamations! Parfait arriver au moment de faire ma réclamation les assureurs me disent que j’ai été 3 jours plus tôt malheureusement! Je rappelles le centre dentaire afin qu’il puisse au moins me re imprimer une facture en date d’aujourd’hui! Puisque VOUS m’avez induit en erreur lorsque j’ai pris la peine de VOUS demander avant mon rdv ;elle me répond que non malheureusement la comptable ne peut pas le faire! Mais le pire c’est que la réceptionniste a eu l’audace de me répondre « bin t’aurais dû faire tes vérifications de ton bord !» Du vrai n’importe quoi!! Désolé de vous avoir écouté et merci de m’avoir faite perdre 250$ pour un nettoyage quand j’aurais pu le payer 50$ 3 jours plus tard. Bravo As the post below I approve of very dishonest dental center !! Before my appointment I TAKE THE PENALTY to mention to the secretary at the front that I applied for my insurance a few days ago if we can check if they are in effect otherwise I was going to postpone my appointment -you she clearly told me no no problem anyway if it's a few days the insurers still accept the claims! Perfect to arrive when it comes time to make my claim, the insurers tell me that I was unfortunately 3 days earlier! I'll call the dental center so they can at least print me an invoice dated today! Since YOU misled me when I took the trouble to ask YOU before my appointment; she replies that no unfortunately the accountant cannot do it! But the worst part is that the receptionist had the audacity to answer me "well you should have done your checks on board!" Real anything !! Sorry for listening to you and thanks for losing me $ 250 for a cleanup when I could have paid $ 50 3 days later. well done

Les secrétaires et les assistantes font aussi un excellent travail! I have been a patient of this clinic for several years and have always had attentive treatment from my dentist and hygienists. The secretaries and assistants also do a great job!

Since I've been here I had 11 cavities done in 3 years... seems pretty crazy right and even better I'm only 25 and i brush every morning and night and floss. Never had pain in my mouth but I believed them because 2 dentists from their office told me that it was true. My insurance covers 1,500$ a year and every year it was maxed out with this place sometimes i would have to put my own money to cover the dentists bills. Yesterday I recieved a call thinking it was for my 6 month cleaning because evey 6 months I get a cleaning. The receptionist told me I had another 3 cavities that I would need to schedule. I was in complete shock where they got this number I was dumbfounded I had completed my last cavity in June 2016. I asked her where did she get these other 3 cavities from because since I've been with you guys I've had 11 cavities done. She then tells me I don't know when you got 11 other cavities done here I only have 1 cavity marked in your file, and then I lost it on her. I realized these people are con artists taking advantage of me I've never felt pain in my mouth they are trying to con a young girl because I have insurance and thought they could get away with it. I couldn't believe my ears when she said I've only had 1 cavity done there since I've been with them. Please I beg of everyone do NOT go here they will take you for everything they have and can!!!!!
