Very professional and conscientious employees. Service in French / English. A magnificent clinic, at the cutting edge of technology. Feeling of confidence during hearing tests. Super ENT !! I definitely recommend the Western Hearing Clinic.

mais sa secrétaire elle je lui mets zéro étoile! elle est raide verbalement avec les clients, elle nous gronde si on ose parlé au dr delisle pendant notre rv tandis que elle, elle passe son temps à nous déranger sans arrêt. elle est très mal élevée et n'a aucun respect envers les clients et le médecin. si c'était moi son boss je la renverrais sur le champ ! point barre.
I put 5+ stars for Dr. Delisle, he's a golden ENT!
but his secretary she I give him zero stars! she is verbally stiff with clients, she scolds us if we dare speak to dr delisle during our appointment while she spends her time constantly disturbing us. she is very rude and has no respect for the clients and the doctor. if I was her boss, I would fire her immediately! bar point.

The secretary gave me a very long appointment and told me he was just working on Friday, thank you anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Audiologist’s secretary said she would call me back later in the same day to let me know if I could have an appointment. She never did...despite the fact that I explained to her the antibiotics treatment the doctor prescribed me did not cure my ear infection. Now I have to go to the emergency because the infection is getting worse and I am in pain. All she had to do is talk to the audiologist and call me back ! Next time I’ll pay and go to a private clinic.
