Doctor Akpede is angel doctor for me. He made everything possible from impossible. So today my health so good because of him. He is they best doctor. If all the doctor be like him they want be any sick peoples in the world.

This clinic requires vaccination to see any doctor face to face. Nuremberg trials upcoming for all who enforce a jab that causes death and maiming people for life. DO NO HARM. This is discrimination!!

My family doctor there who I will not name out of respect had ignored my complaints for over 4 years never addressed them without wanting to pill push it took me 4 years to visit a single physiatrist through one of the doctors at clinic 1 Medical. I met with a physiatrist 2 times and never got another one after that despite the physiatrist I was seeing telling me I need to keep doing follow ups. I recently was at the hospital where I was stripped of all my meds and was told I was over medicated my opinion find a doctor who will put a care plan in effect have him or her explain it to you don’t feel like the doctor is for you or not your pressured into finding a doctor who might not fit your needs take time and look around my new family doctor for me a therapist and a physiatrist in the first meeting and I’m seeing them with in the next week.

I have always had an issue finding a Dr who actually helped me with my issues vs writing a prescription or dismissing me. I've been a patient of Dr Akpede for 3 years now, couldn't be happier.

Dr Akepede is the best doctor I have ever had. Although I recently relocated to the south end of the city, without a doubt I don’t think twice about that being a factor. Dr. Akepede is tremendously knowledgeable, caring, attentive and supportive. He has encouraged me to take care of my health and is very thorough about all my questions and concerns. He takes great genuine care of my son and is especially outstanding with children. It is a pleasure to have you as our family doctor, thank you kindly.

Dr. Akpede is not here to help patients. He’s terrible and is more concerned about himself than his patients. Extra long wait time always. And he doesn’t even want to hear what you have to say. Avoid this place!

Dr. Ogundiya is an amazing doctor and I have been a patient of his for 15 years but I have had the WORST experiences with the new receptionist. I was out of the country for 4 months and I had one week in Canada before setting off for another international trip. Alberta guidelines states that people cannot go into the doctors office until 14 days pass if they’ve been out of Canada. I was sick & had run out of my medications and needed updated prescriptions before leaving again. I chose to follow the policies in place and instead wanted to have a phone appointment with my family Doctor as I have done many many times before. The new receptionist refused to let me speak to my doctor over the phone or leave a message for him. I asked if I could visit instead and was told no. Even after I informed her of my upcoming trip and my immediate medical needs I was not allowed to speak with my doctor & was met with extreme disrespect over the phone. I called multiple times as I was experiencing several health complications and I was repeatedly met with disrespect and refused access to my doctor. Sadly, I had to leave the country while sick and without my medication. I’m back now and unfortunately sick with COVID. I’ve been experiencing symptoms and have repeatedly been told by Alberta health officials, both on the phone & at the testing sites that I would have to reach out to a family doctor for more information or assistance if required. I have been experiencing these COVID symptoms for an extended period of time and they have been worsening. I called today so I could speak with my doctor on an emergency basis and was once again refused. There have been many many times where I’ve experienced a medical emergency and the previous receptionists have passed my message to my doctor and he would call that exact day, whenever he had free time to do so. Dr.Ogundiya cares so much for his patients and always tries to make time to address their needs. It is such a SHAME that his clinic’s reputation is being ruined by rude and unaccommodating employees, who make it harder for people to get access to health care. This clinic needs to hire receptionists who are compassionate to people’s health needs and PROFESSIONALS!!!!

My family see different good doctors, but doctor Akpede is the best. He takes time to check,   give advice, morals, and he treats us like family. The front desk is also very friendly and help full staff.
