R	Ryan Shevolup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because I HAD to give one to review. We stayed this August Long Weekend. We arrived Friday at 4pm(check in is 2pm) and there were people and stuff scattered through our tent site as well as our friends neighboring site. It took us going to office to get staff to come and hurry them up. We finally got to set up our sites around 5:30pm. Office rectified by giving us free firewood for our 2 night stay. Friday evening we were all kept awake till after 3am as there is a BAR right by the tenting sites(website has NO mention of this) and it is open till 3am. Saturday night, a BUS showed up full of people to the bar at 10pm, and then at 1:45am the bus fired back up, laid on its horn 3+x. I approached the bus driver and told him this was unacceptible, he simply said sorry and walked away. The site was perfect size for our 3 parties, but none of us will ever go back as our relaxing long weekend was NOT relaxing in any way. The front desk lady however is very nice and I enjoyed her, and her wood offer was nice. This might be an ok campground, but DO not tent. It's Sunday now and all 5 of us have had about 5 hours of sleep since Friday night.
d	darren james on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearwater lake has a lot of amenities for it's size. Campground, store, drive in theatre, golf course and great swimming for kids. Just a few minutes outside of the town of Kyle.
B	BCD's Second Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 5 stars if not for one major reason. My grandmother owns a Lakeside cabin and we enjoy our time there. I've been going since I was a child and have fond memories. It's a gem in the Prairies and a nice break from fields and grassland. The drive in is a beautiful feature and it's not too busy. However, for the past couple years, after years of receding water levels, the levels are now so high it is at the edge of many Lakeside cabins, threatening foundations and causing damage to decks. I think it's because a beaver dam it's blocking the spillway and the board doesn't want to destroy it because... Nature??? But when is the rising water enough? When can the Lakeside cabins have actual beaches again? If the water keeps rising, many cabins are at risk of thousands of dollars of damage each. I don't want that to happen. I still love the lake, just please consider that the high water levels may do more harm than good.

A	Amanda Read on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed the lake and beach but the bar is too close to the tenting sites to get any sleep. Loud music and people fighting and yelling at all hours. Scared our daughter pretty good.
S	Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Sask Landing so we can't really comment on the campground area. It didn't really look that great. But! we found the beach area to be great. Nice grass area with shade if needed. Nice sand beach and clear water. Great for kids . Play park almost on beach which was great for the kids. We enjoyed so much we had picnic lunch there and spent the hot afternoon in and out of the water.

We rented a cabin there, and they have everything you need, except of course for the bedsheets, pillows, blankets, and personal items... The only thing we don't like about this place was, there's lots of flies flying around!!!
