I received a reply to my email inquiry within a couple of hours and my filter fits perfectly. The subscription service is a great idea so that we don't have to store big filters in our house and remember to change it on our own. Excellent service and product, would recommend.

Their filters are very high quality and they deliver promptly. I ordered the MERV 13 and decided that what I really needed was just a MERV 10 (after researching about air flows). They were able to send me one very quickly. Further, I am on the subscription and I am very pleased to say that my air filter arrived on time and again it was the same product I was expecting from the first time. These guys check all the boxes: Made in Canada, owned by great and caring people, affordable yet impressive air filters, a subscription service that is very user friendly and I will never forget to change my air filters again because of this amazing service. Love the subscription model so we always rotate on a schedule and we placed our order and had a delivery within HOURS! Insane service! Super excited to support a local YEG business with a truly competitive business model.

I had ordered once from them but didn’t want to continue with the subscription. I received an email saying I would be charged even though I already cancelled my account! They kept my credit card information and charged me for a filter I did not want! I emailed their customer service who told me I would be refunded in 5-10 business days and I still haven’t received my money! They will not answer any of my emails and I tried calling but no one picks up. Terrible customer service and now I’m out money for something I did not want or receive. I don’t even have confirmation from them that they deleted my credit card information. Very suspicious and I do not trust them.

They have great service, prices, and you get a recurring delivery as often as you need so you don't have to worry about it or accidently forget to replace your furnace filter for months. It's one thing I no longer have to worry about. They have a lot of locally produced furnace filters, but didn't have my size and were still able to help me, so if you don't see your size on their website, still inquire. Especially these days, having clean air seems extra important and so is supporting local. I highly recommend Clean Air Club!

I contacted clean air club and the fitment was perfect. Also for a subscription that shows up at your door step you can’t beat it.
