They were super professional, upfront about issues/concerns and a slight change in the expected service due to a miscommunication over the type of system we have (which was my error). This effected the pricing but they were sure to check in with us and make sure we were okay with it before doing anything. They were respectful of my home and property and their pricing was resonable for the service given. I will definitely be using them again for furture cleanings/maintenance work, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good company.

Came on time and they made sure floor and board skirts were protected, they had a shoes cover too so no issues of walking on our carpeted floors.
Mr. Ha & Mike were so professionals, explained & gave us some tips about our system.
We purchased the furnace filter from the company and it was worth it coz it has 15yrs warranty as long as you follow the manufacturer’s guide. It will save us & the Mother Earth from disposable filters plus money wise!
I highly recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were awesome. They used drop sheets and boot protectors to protect our floors and plastic corner protectors to guard against damaging paint with their suction hose. We were informed of a couple of furnace matters needing our attention and were offered options regarding filter replacements. They finished quickly and received payment on site electronically. We did notice (after they left) a few water stains on the floor near some vents that were easily wiped up. We still highly recommend them and will use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Alberta Furnace Cleaning come and clean my furnace and vents on December 10 2021. After the cleaning they replaced the filter. Within 2 weeks my filter needed to be replaced as it was thick with dust and my air ducts had also become filled with dust again. I remember they used to cover the ducts before the cleaning so dust wouldn't be blown throughout the house, this never happened. If they ever even cleaned it, what a terrible job they did. I feel I also need to mention I've had problems with my furnace ever since. If the company can come and provide proof of their job being done to a quality that's expected I'll change my review.
Edit: they came out once again to reclean my furnace and ducts this past weekend. They used the vent covers this time and did a thorough job. Satisfaction guaranteed has been proven. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. My furnace seems to be working properly again.

It was easy to get them on the phone and they explained all the available options. The day of the appointment they arrived exactly when they said they would. The job was completed efficiently and they were all too happy to answer any questions I had. I also received a follow up call from them a couple days after the work was performed just to check that I was happy with everything. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be using them for future HVAC or carpet cleaning.
