N	Nazz Nomad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst and I do mean WORST record store I've been to and I've been to used vinyl shops all over Europe, Canada and the U.S. so this take the cake as the worst. Most bizarre customer service I've ever seen and by bizarre I mean outright outrageously rude. Prices 2-3 times than highest discogs price and condition of vinyl is generally things you'd never dare put on your turntable for fear of damaging your needle. Utterly speechless at how they treat customers and their policy of attempting to rip people off but I'm guessing any experienced used vinyl shopper wouldn't dare pay those prices. I'd suggest stopping in there for a laugh and experience it yourself but save yourself the aggravation and go to a real used record store. Also by the way, don't dare to try to look at the condition of a record because you'll get kicked out

T	Travis Ernewein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be the most brutal shop I've ever been to. Everything about this place communicates they don't care about the product they're selling. New vinyl is very limited, and about $5 more than any other shop, their vinyl stock are on shelves arranged like books forcing you to pull out each one to see what it is. How am I to browse easily and quickly? What a frustrating experience.The used records are in awful shape I presume given that the outer sleeves are totally destroyed and you aren't allowed to take the actual vinyl out to take a look. The staff are not knowledgeable, and barely acknowledge your existence unless forced to I guess that's what you get having the place run by apathetic teenage stoners . Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Though there weren't any cassettes of music I like my boyfriend found quite a few classics and I did end up getting a few interesting ambient ones -- and there's no way you can complain when the money is going straight back into the community.

I almost always find what I'm looking for and if not they have no problems special ordering it. Anytime I've gotten a record ordered in, it comes in in a very timely matter. I love the new addition of the box at the counter thats all the new (but used) vinyls before the hit the shelf. This is my go to shop and always will be.

The low ratings about this store do not reflect it in the slightest. Is a must visit for anyone looking for a GREAT deal on CD's/records new or used. Have visited 3 times now and left smiling each time. Thank you!

J	Jaden Good on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started shopping at this a few years ago It was pretty good at first and a few months ago me and my brother were there and the old guy sold my brother a justin beiver cd that he did not order for $20 and he does not even like That kind of music. we'll still shop there cuz its the only record store near us at we're we live But hopfully it dose not happen again PS One of the guys give me and my brother nasty stares sometimes
