J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: My room didnÂ¿t look like they had used a vacuum and I didnÂ¿t need a key to get into my room as the lock was less than secure. If I put the handle in the open position and applied pressure to get in the lock would not hold the door!
A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is in major need of updates/repairs. I'm surprised the place is not infected with bed bugs etc. The walls are dirty, the hardware is rusted.. The ceiling is stained. The shower head was falling from the wall. We had to request towels/facecloths/toilet paper, it wasn't replenished daily.

The staff tried, but were not trained to provide an adequate level of service, and there were not enough of them.

Washrooms by the upstairs ballrooms all closed due to plugged, broken toilets. Filthy and stink! Water damage and stains on all the ceiling tiles in the lobby area. Housekeeping calls go unanswered. Walk through from hotel to the rec centre attached is disgusting, dirty and would not go through in the evening as it is dangerous. Curtains hanging of wall in several rooms.

C	Colleen Brouillette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 rooms and 1 room was fine but 1 room we found blood !and hair ! on the sheets.We let the staff know and they came up to change sheets but could not do it as they didn't know how. They then asked us to move to another room, in that room none of the lights worked, they then asked us to move to a 3rd room. On checkout Sunday we requested that the manager be informed and that they email us with acknowledgement and possibly refund the room cost. We did not hear from them. We contacted them y phone and sent an email and all they said was sorry that happened, we hope you come back. Horrible experience?
