★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not move in this building unless you would like to get insulted! I have heard a senior said that once she requested for fixing the balcony in her apartment, the strategic group people told her to move to a house. There she can fix anything she likes. Hearing that, she cried. I personally have had the same experience. Once I complained about something of the apartment, Crispina. Caganan, the strategic group supervisor, told me to move to a house, so that I do not need to complain about anything. I felt so insulted and treated without respect. It sounds to me that if you are so poor and have to rent an apartment, take what strategic group gives you. Or get out of the building. What a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't live in the apartments but I had an encounter with one of the tenants and it was horrible. I was walking my dogs, on leash - mind you (of which she accused me of NOT doing) through the field and this tenant proceeded to harass me and threaten to report me to the police over simply walking my dogs. I wasn't anywhere near the apartments.
Needless to say I reported this to the landlords and to the police, and the former did nothing absolutely nothing about it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great balcony view of the field, spacious apartment that is affordable. Michelle and Mike are great at responding quickly and fixing problems with in the apartment suites, as well as being very flexible with requests. Only downside is a homeless man that is around durning the cold seasons, but everything is still being done to resolve that problem. Overall great apartments to live at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it. Michelle and mike have been nothing less than amazing. We have 2 large breed dogs and love the environment. Have a one bedroom and it’s spacious with lots of closet and cupboard space. We got a freshly renovated suit and was move in ready. For a first apartment it’s a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selma Banu has been easy and great to deal with as A manager of the apartment. She always replies quickly and I’ve been very happy with her service.
Highly recommend this apartment for A quiet safe place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A modest property with one and two bedroom suites for rent. Minimal if any amenities with outdoor parking (weatherproof receptacle for block heater connection during winter) and communal, pay-per-load laundry services. Frequent parking issues such as completely occupied visitor parking stalls, despite persons taking residence in the building, and lawn maintenance at strange hours (7:30 pm on weekdays, when the lot is mostly occupied by tenants). Current property managers are sufficient in responding to repairs and emergency requests, I had a sink back up that was dealt with by maintenance initially, then a plumbing contractor because of the severity. Rent prices have increased and may continue to do so as property upgrades are deemed necessary such as roofing and balcony repair. Overall, a decent place to live, but potentially busy if more suites are rented.
