★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was completely rude to my parents, who paid my damage deposit & half months rent. I found mice feces & the apartment was not cleaned or sanatized. I signed my lease (not aware of any pest problems, even after I had asked numerous times because I saw a review on here saying the place had bedbugs & cockroaches ‘it has now been deleted most likely by the manager’) I signed my lease on Saturday & he is not willing to give me back the full half months rent even though I did not stay there & brought it to the managers attention. The building is unsanitary, and the manager has a very short temper.
