The staff is always friendly and really go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. My hair has never looked better!!!!

Any review that says otherwise or is less than 5 stars must be fake because I have going here for almost 2 years and they always do an amazing job! Even when I came in with uneven box dyed hair from lockdown, they did everything they could to fix it and give me healthy hair. They are honest about what can be done to hair to avoid damage, and the customer service is exemplary. Pricing is similar to most salons in Toronto, with even better service and attention to the client’s wishes.

When I told Rachel that you said I can have my hair like the picture I showed during my consultation she said do you have it recorded!! The salon manager got my number to call today and I never received a call from them. Poor customer service and they change their words, be very careful if you do decide to go here and do not pay if it doesn’t match what you asked. When I was there Rachel said they have a 2 weeks period that I can go back to fix the color if something bothers me and that turned out to be a lie too.

Not only I've had the best service also I enjoyed my time there as my work took about 4hrs. Amanda is so sweet, friendly, passionate, professional and knowledgeable about her job. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This is only my second time going to the salon but honestly I don't want to visit any other salon and I wait for availability here to get a cut. Samantha is so talented, knows exactly what you want and clarifies, makes you feel comfortable, gives the best head massage during a wash, and is suuuchhhh a perfectionist in the best way. I could tell that she actually cared what my hair looked like too, and she wanted it to be a good experience for me. She is the ONLY hair stylist in my 28 years of living who has not yanked on my hair while brushing it. She is gentle with every strand, I literally don't even know how else to explain it. The atmosphere is so lovely as well. 10/10 only go here to have the best experience of a lifetime. Go here even when you don't need a haircut :)

I am so happy to have found a salon that’s educated on all different hair types, since I have mixed hair, it can be very difficult to find anyone who understands it. In the last 2.5 years of coming here, my hair has had a complete transformation. CL salon and Samantha, saved my hair, and it has never been healthier. I come here for blowouts, haircuts, colouring and keratin treatments. I tried the protein mask service they had in the past 8 weeks, and it as well, was amazing. The staff at the salon are all welcoming, kind and talented individuals, and I recommend the salon to anyone who’s looking for any hair services. Best salon ever :).

I always see Bella (highly recommend), but have interacted with multiple staff who have always been friendly and helpful. From offering coffee, water, chocolate (!!), to head and neck massages, I’d say they go above and beyond given the affordable price point. My colour and cuts always turn out great, and my hair always feels so healthy after leaving the salon. I’ve sent a number of friends and coworkers to CL Salon who are now repeat customers, and will continue to recommend them!

With each of my visits, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I leave with not only the best hair of my life, but with a smile on my face. The entire staff is so personable, and their teamwork + craft is unmatched. I receive compliments on my hair almost every other day, and feel confident in recommending Cl salon each time. I’ve tried a whole bunch of their services - cutting, colour, gloss, the Japanese NP treatment…all 10/10. The products they offer behind the counter are fabulous as well.
