K	Kristen Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I used to go to this place all the time. I tried going there yesterday at 4:30 and was told by the owner that they closed at 5 now even though Google says 6. Fair enough, I thought. COVID reopening chaos, things were in flux until recently, etc. So I came back today at 4:30 and new hours are now posted on the door stating it's open from 11-4. Google is still not updated. This retailer needs to learn that if people plan and take time out of their busy day to come to your shop, you should make that decision as clear and easy as possible. NEVER AGAIN.

They don't carry hundreds of product selections but those that they carry are professional grade ones. And I was pleased to find that there is also a hairstylist available by appointment only for cut, colouring and styling. I haven't tried Jimmy as yet but we had a very long discussion about cut and style. I was very impressed with his knowledge about his craft. Wish their business hours were longer and they are closed on Sundays.

He is very kind and has a lot of knowledge about the products he sells - which are professional salon grade products. I have gone here quite a few times and the experiences are always fantastic!

I stumbled upon this place via the Gatsby website and can honestly say i had a great time. They usually close at 5 but if you give them a call, they'll stick around a bit and wait for you. I was able to have a nice, quick chat with the guy working there and he was pretty chill as well. Would highly recommend this place over others!

Didn't end up needing some so through gesturing, the shop person was quick to see which ones i needed and didn't. Could see the price tags on the products at the window and he showed the final price on a calculator. I payed using my credit card and taped the machine through the window so there was no contact at all! Great fast service. Nice patient shop people. Had such a good pandemic experience that I had to write about it. shop keeper was also wearing a mask when handing product through the door.

Your google hours say 11:00, then your door says 11:30 and you show up past 12 with no apology to me and the other woman waiting. Other times you’re gone long on lunch or late to work or close earlier than what’s posted. I’ve spent a lot of money at your business and supported you during lockdown but show your customers respect by being there on time. I’d rather not waste 45 minutes again waiting outside and just go to cosmetic world instead.
