β β β β β My husband and I had a great experience at Civic Motors Honda. We were returning customers after purchasing our Civic there in 2018 and felt it was time for an upgrade. Dalton was a great sales person and made us feel super comfortable and aware of every step through the trade in and purchase of our new CR-V. Alex was the business manager we dealt with and he was also very professional and walked us through everything, making sure to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Civic Motors Honda to anyone looking for a car, we will definitely be back in the future!

Mo Hafid was very proactive, helpful and super transparent; he listened to us and made the process very easy and fast! In addition, he was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with us. The whole experience was great - from dealership management to financing led by Alex! We walked out of Civic Motors Honda happily, and grateful for the excellent customer service. β β β β β It was a fantastic experience. Salesperson Peter Hanna was great at communicating with timely follow up. He took the time to go over things and never pressured me. He shared a genuine excitement from the auction value of my trade to the time I picked up my car. Even got a courtesy call a week later to check up and see if I have any questions. Cannot recommend him enough. Will Du, the finance guy, took his time explaining features of the warranty and getting me the best rate for my loan. As for the dealership, everyone was courteous and respectful and seems like they have a great positive culture in the dealership. Highly recommend to everyone to at least visit when in the market for a new vehicle

Luca was very helpful throughout the entire transaction and went above and beyond to deliver the car on time. An excellent experience overall. If youβre ever shopping for a Honda in Ottawa, Iβd definitely recommend Civic Motors and make sure to ask for Luca.

β β β β β I bought this beautiful Honda Civic LX Coupe 2016 from here (photos below) and this review does not do enough justice to the service and I received from these guys, especially for my very first car.
Dalton was very helpful and accommodating to each and every need of mine, and went above and beyond to make sure I liked and was comfortable with the car I had chosen. Alexander helped me secure a loan and now I'm in custody of this beautiful vehicle.
I cannot thank them enough and would recommend anyone willing to seriously purchase a car to go through them. Thank you again Civic Motors Honda for this amazing experience.

They have managed to fulfill my demands and highly cooperative in providing details of the 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring which I bought it in the beginning of the year. They provided me with free winter mats at my request. Very helpful and generous staff and management at this location.

β β β β β After totalling my car at the end of winter, I was too stressed to look around online for another car so I decided to visit Civic Motors. A salesman by the name of Peter Hanna graciously greeted me at the door welcoming me into the dealership. He was so kind and asked me questions regarding what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He showed me a couple of options, going over them thoroughly to cover all the features. He was so knowledgeable to compare the models I was interested in. I also met with Sales Managers, Jad and Vlad, who worked hard with Peter to find me a perfect car. I ended up choosing a 2018 Honda Civic LX that was recently traded in. After I made my choice, I sat down with the financial manager, Alex, to go over my finance options and warranty packages. He was very considerate and didn't try to push me into warranties that didn't suit my needs.
I can't thank their team enough for the wonderful customer service they provided me from start to finish. They made finding a new vehicle painless and easy. Thank you, Civic Motors!!

My salesperson, Dalton Lewis, was extremely helpful and really cared about my experience. I felt like my interests in the transaction were looked after and I got a great deal. Alex, the manager, was also great to deal with. Overall an excellent and efficient experience. Ask for Dalton Lewis if you are looking for a Honda.
