★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tracy Moore channel? Cityline from Toronto constantly on it seems. News.. after first 20 minutes.. for the most part.. just repeats same news stories for the next 40 minutes. Today when picture freezes for an hour plus, I wonder if anyone working at City TV is watching it themselves. Too many bachelor/dating type shows.. I'm generous with 2 stars.. because it's free.
