★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a meeting set up with Ed from Sweetly Real Estate on November 9, 2020. We had discussed some particulars a couple days before a planned meeting at the property I was trying to sell. On the morning of the meeting I called Ed to confirm he was still good to meet. I was unable to speak with Ed and was told that if it's not Ed to meet, it will be another staff member to meet me. I accepted that and began to drive into Edmonton given I live almost an hour away. While travelling to Edmonton, Ed called me and I pulled off to side of road to take good call. At that point in time he indicated that unless I was going to bring a bunch of cash for this sale, that he simply couldn't buy my condo unit. I was disappointed that he wasted my time when he could have told me days earlier and avoided me from driving and wasting auto fuel. Be warned and monitor their slow response closely in order to avoid similar disappointments by Sweetly Real Estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience selling our home with Sweetly. Another realtor estimated our home would sell for $30k lower than Sweetly was estimating. We got the price we needed for our house and moved into our dream home. No hiccups, tons of great support from Aidan who walked us through every step. We liked the option of the Sweetly sale if we needed but our home sold in a couple days. Happy customers all around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zane was the first one to call me when I was looking for a realtor to help find a home. He was easy going and efficient. He made viewing appointments quick and easy and gave us space when we viewed houses. During our time with Zane he unfortunately got sick but that didn’t stop him from helping us. We continued to view houses with a fellow realtor and we were so happy he was able to pass over the keys to our new house when the day came! Zane, Thank you for your time and effort during our hunt for a home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zane at Sweetly was an absolute delight to work with. We saw close to 50 houses before finally settling on the right one, but Zane never pressured us. He was very patient and personable. At one point, we were about to put an offer on a house purely out of desperation and Zane was good enough to gently point out that the house didn't really fit our needs. He could have let us proceed, collected his commission and gone on his way. Being a man of integrity though, he cautioned us against making a hasty decision. Thanks to him, we finally managed to find just the right place in the right neighbourhood. I can't say enough good things about Zane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelly Grant has been an utmost professional with a beautiful heart! She was very thorough from beginning to end. There were no surprises with her as she prepared us to the unknown, motivated us when a challenge surfaced, yet she still collaborated with us patiently and provided us with well founded guidance when a decision was to be made.
She was never an order taker nor was manipulative just to make a sale. She was consistently patient, and calm, yet fiercely supportive and decisive while protecting our interests at all times! We had the option to use the innovative Sweet Sale program just in case, however, due to Kelly's expert guidance and industry experience, our property was sold with favourable results and more savings in our pockets!
The team behind her was also top notch. Sweetly knows what they do and they operate like a well oiled machine. Their marketing strategy is up to the times: efficient use of social media, and extensive clout/exposure in the real estate industry. The team shared relevant market updates on a regular basis and was consistently proactive in recommending what the next steps were in all aspects of the selling process.
Working with Kelly and her team at Sweetly was seamless, extra-ordinarily comfortable, full of compassion and re-assuring. It was definitely a fulfilling experience! Thank you Kelly and the entire Sweetly Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ed DePrato and his team at Sweetly Real Estate did an excellent job selling our home. Never pressured, we were advised on the best time of year to sell, based on market trends, to maximize resale value. Our home sold for $30,000 over the list price after just two evenings of showing! This was a direct result of the guidance received from Sweetly on how to prepare our home for sale, the excellent photography used, and how our home was marketed. All aspects of the negotiation and ultimate sale were handled with care. Great attention was paid to all questions posed by myself and my spouse as we were continually updated and informed throughout the process.
Additionally, Ed and his team at Sweetly were instrumental in the purchase of our new home. Ed was always concerned that we should never overpay for a home to maximize our investment. We looked at many homes, over many months, but were never pressured to buy any of them at any time. Sweetly always reminded us to wait for the house that was ideal for us.
This was the second time we selected Ed DePrato and his team as our real estate agent. Our first experience years ago was awesome, just like the second; that is why we went back to him a second time! It is without hesitation that I recommend Sweetly Real Estate for your next home sale or purchase so you can get the advantage of their advice, experience, and honesty.
