β β β β β After immense frustrations dealing with previous agents, we contacted Andrew and I can't even begin to explain the difference between working with Andrew and working with agents who seemed to have no time or respect for us. Andrew was extremely helpful, respectful, involved, relatable, and committed to helping us find the perfect place, and helping us through all the steps that follow. β β β β β It is my pleasure to share some of the experiences my wife and I have had with Andrew Cosgrove. We interviewed Andrew regarding the sale of our house in Mississauga. From the first meeting we found Andrew to be professional, well informed and easy to communicate with. With this in mind we listed our house with Andrew and were so pleased with his marketing approach. He did a first class job in presenting our home for sale.
When our house did not sell (as the market did not cooperate) Andrew suggested that we explore the idea of leasing the house. This was a wonderful suggestion and within a week he had found us a lovely, reliable tenant.
Our next step was to purchase a house in the area that we had chosen. Andrew was so helpful with the purchase of this house. He went beyond the call of duty to assist us with finding our future residence.
We will move into that house one year from now so in the meantime Andrew is working on finding us a tenant.
A long story but one that I wish to share because without Andrew Cosgrove, this would not have been possible.
I strongly recommend Andrew Cosgrove to assist you with your sale/purchase or lease. He is your man!

β β β β β I don't even know WHERE to start! Andrew helped us sell our very first home and purchase our second home. The two properties were in two different towns, but that was no issue!
Andrew brought us around to view new homes over a few days until we found a place we instantly fell in love with. He provided comparables for houses recently sold in the area and provided us with the information necessary to submit an offer that we were more than comfortable with. And we got the very first house we made an offer on!! I'm not sure many people can say that in this market...
Regarding the sale of our townhouse, Andrew once again spent the time to provide a number of comparables in the area and devise three different plans of how to list the property. He outlined the pros and cons of each plan, tips and tricks to get the house "photograph" and "staging" worthy, and made everything a breeze. We literally didn't have to think about ANYTHING! And we ended up selling for way more than we ever thought we could.
Andrew - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and his expertise, attention to detail and professionalism to EVERYONE!! We are so happy with the process and if we ever decide to move again (please, no more!!), we will definitely be using Andrew.
