★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick customer service and warm staff. I have no any complain even I have to get the mal-fucntioning remote control replaced. The whole process just spent me 5 minutes to complete it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nice to see good crevice as Italk BB. So far it is good and ... I recommend it to every body to use it too ...... but I talk BB. Shud advertise more for people to know it .... I am looking for my next step to get more services from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing against the staff at this place, but more the service procided by iTalkBB. They were promoting their TV box and informed us there would be no charge at all for a one month trial period, after which we could return the box if we didn't wish to continue. They lied - there was a $5 refundable fee. Also, it was a real hassle returning the box as apparently, we couldn't just return it but had to get some sort of authorization first, so I wasted a trip to the store and had to go back a second time to return the box. I am now looking for an alternative fixed line phone provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales lady explained the products features clearly, the service technicians installed the camera and solar panel in the optimal positions. Contacted the customer service in cantonese via phone numerous times due to internet provider change, phone and TV box relocating, they explained patiently and guided me back to normal service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call centre have no idea what services they offer. Called and asked about exchanging the TV box and was told/promised by two customer service rep that we could just drop by the store anytime to get it exchanged, came to the store on Saturday and was told it cannot be done and the store has no reference record about our exchange request, told that we have to go to head office during weekdays to exchange. The staff at the store has great attitude and is very polite but call centre people have no idea what they are doing.
