I called City Pest Control at 9:00pm and a gentleman by the name of Shahmeran answered the phone. I explained that I had seen a mouse in my house, we chatted for a bit and at first Shahmeran thought it would be best if he came the following day so he could better assess the situation. I was horrified and begged him to come out tonight! There was no way that I could stay in my house with a mouse let alone sleep! I literally begged him to come. He heard the urgency in my voice and agreed to come but was about 30-40 minutes away. Shahmeran showed up as promised that very night and by the time he caught the mouse it was well into the night. Shahmeran came back the next day as promised and did an entire assessment. I have to say this has been the best customer service I have had in my entire life. Shahmeran was kind, considerate, calm, patient and very through and answered all of my questions. I can't say enough about this experience and would recommend them in a heart beat!!

Shahmeran showed up, did his job professionally and thoroughly. Their prices were also very reasonable. Although can't speak of the effectiveness yet, would recommend just based on the initial service.
