★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best option for treating bed bugs- hands down! It's inexpensive and deals with the issue and the company is fantastic to deal with. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to treat bed bugs and would use it in the future, although I hope I don't have to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its been two months since we used the heat treat system . my neighbuor used it at the same time and as of now we are bed bug free . Just follow the instructions they send it takes a while but it works better than paying for chems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are extremely happy with the results of using this heat unit to eradicate our bedbug infestation. Would I recommend using this unit? Absolutely!
The only downside was the company's choice of Purolator as the shipping agent. Purolator was anything BUT professional. First, they dropped the unit off without even ringing the doorbell. THANK GOD WE WERE HOME! And, thank GOD we had signed up for text notifications! Then, when we phoned to book the pick up, the first person we talked to didn't even enter our information into the computer. She just told us that it would be picked up by noon, the next day. When noon came and went, we phoned them again, only to be told that there was no record of a scheduled pick up at our address. We booked AGAIN, and this time got the actual confirmation number AND email, that we should have got the first time, for pick up the NEXT day. I had to leave, as I was driving my 92 year old dad back to BC, so my husband had to take a day off work for this. To top off our less than stellar experience with Purolator, in spite of their assurance that it would be picked up by noon, they didn't actually show up until nearly 2:00 pm. We STRONGLY recommend You Kill Bed Bugs Ltd. change carriers to one that IS reliable.
