This guys did cockroach treatment in our apartment building for almost a year now, Until now we still have issue with cockroach. I ask the property manager to find other company that can solve the problem. Also this guys charge to much. If there is below 1 star for review that will be there mark.

This company is a scam!!! They will falsify the presence of bugs in your property so you can pay for their useless service. Some one please have a hidden camera and let's catch these evil people. They plant bugs in your property to make money off you with the building Management. Never let them be alone in your place. They literally threw a bunch of bugs in my place. I will catch you on camera and sue you thieves. MY STORY A few months back you did a K9 bedbug inspection and claimed I had bedbugs which I reluctantly accepted. I am very wary of bedbugs and always on the alert, I also take preventative steps to avoid bedbugs. I had never had any bites or seen a single bedbug in my bedroom. But you insisted I had bedbugs. This is something you can not even prove. Nevertheless, I accepted the compulsory treatment Imposed by building management and footed the over $1500 in fees and inconvenience. I was sure I had no bedbugs!! You claimed my unit had "bedbug activity", when you have bedbugs they will at some point bite you and leave bite marks too. They will also be seen eventually. Don't get mistaken, I'm not bitter that you found bedbugs in my unit, if they were there, I would be glad you found them and have you treat my unit. Nobody wants those mischievous creatures in their house. Fast forward, recently you again did your "routine inspection". K9s have been proven to have a bedbug detection accuracy rate of at least 97%. That pretty good. That very night after the inspection I was awoken by a bedbug crawling on my hand. Oh what a coincidence!! Where did that solo bedbug come from?? This has never happened to me. A skinny hungry bedbug crawls up my hand the same day you did your "inspection"? Yeah right!? Here is the funny part, YOU DIDN'T CALL BACK TO SAY I HAVE BEDBUG ACTIVITY AFTER THIS RECENT INSPECTION!! You clearly planted bugs in my unit for your next "inspection" so you can say I have bedbug activity and charge me to treat the unit again (harvest) I'm very very upset with Poulin's pest control and will do whatever I can to expose whoever is doing this evil. I hope someone out there can come up with a similar experience. Whats annoying is all the inconvenience you put tenants through, all sorts of fees if units are not prepared for inspection, or if they happen to miss an inspection appointment with your arrogant stuff. I'm a rational person and tried think it through this ordeal. Could it be you dog that's not doing the job right, if that's the case, that would be very unfair to the general public if you have any false bedbug detection. Treatment is very expensive, destructive and traumatizing for most people. Other than that check the honesty or your staff, someone may colluding with management to rip off unsuspecting clients. According to your website you have decades in the business, i don't think you have been successful by ripping off people, I therefore need answers. Attached is the bedbug I found on the night after inspection.

My landlord rental company blamed it on "the contractors" that I would only get 4 days notice to pack up my entire family for 12-24 hours, take time off work and prepare my apartment. You are apparently the said contractors, so I am not impressed with the way you schedule on short notice for "preemptive" spraying.

Make sure you are watching if they are even service your site or do they just sit in their trucks!? Deceitful absolutely No Customer Service Unable to solve simple complaint and then blame the customer that pays them!

Sprayed the units a few times had 0 success. No follow up no nothing. Pests still persisted and flourished. Had to hire another company
