May have walk long if visiting Byward market. Parking is accessible late night, elevators provides accessibility with strollers and wheelchair.

R	Roberto Linares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience using this 24 hours (especially because it was free during the entirety of my stay in Ottawa), completely automated parking garage - There were some doors needing some maintenance, but nothing too serious. Visited the city from March 19 to 22, and it will be free until March 31. I don't really know the reason why this is the case, I'm speculating and thinking that maybe because it is low season. I have read about this place being "confusing", and well, the first time I used it kind of was, but after you start paying attention to the different levels (P1 and P2) and the exits that are more convenient to you, it will be really really use to use. I had no problem finding parking from Saturday from Monday, although, last time I tried to enter on Tuesday 22 at around 10 am, I had no luck because it was completely full!
