I am a healthcare professional that works long shifts at the hospital, so being able to schedule appointments and know that my dog is looked after is a huge stress relief! Kallie loves her walkers and the team is always prompt to reply to any changes or questions. The app scheduling system is super easy to use for those of us on the go and the one time a walk was billed incorrectly, they replied to my emails within 12 hours and were courteous, professional, and quick to get it fixed. I cannot recommend this group enough for anyone looking for a dog walker in the area. Pros: easy to contact, scheduling is a breeze, and I love the check-in feature that shows when the walker arrived and left and where they walked. A very professional group!

She gave us some fantastic tools to help with our anxious dog and these tools have already made a difference in three weeks. We could see a difference in behavior at the park and at home right. I highly recommend reaching out to them for training, they taught a lot is a short time and have continued to follow up to see how we are doing. I just wish I lived closer so I could use all of their services!

I'm so impressed with this business model. It's not just dog walking, it's also learning how to better work with our dog and training for the humans! Stephanie was giving me tips even before the first walk. The app with email updates and little dog report cards is amazing. Knowing that as a client our dog could sleepover at her dog walker's home when we travel is very comforting. We've signed up for an in home training session. Can't say enough good things about BWD!

At first I was intimidated by the price, but after meeting Stephanie and discussing all of their policies, their insurance, and their training I gave it a try. It is WORTH IT. Though our dog would probably be fine if she was left home all day, it gives me peace of mind to know that someone is coming at lunch to walk her and play with her. After each walk we receive a report card, a write up, a picture, and a map of where they went. My dog is reactive and high energy and they accommodated our requests to have her on her slip lead for extra safety. I feel really comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. This is an awesome company and we are so happy with them!

They have consistently gone above and beyond for our dog and cat, from easy and friendly onboarding process, to helpful hands-on training and safe and reliable dog walking services you can trust. I love the level of attention to details (ex: I enjoy reading notes and receiving pictures from walkers after each walk, seeing social media posts, getting notifications when the service starts and finishes). Communication with management and walkers has always been easy and accessible, they are very responsive. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with Stephanie and Monika. We are so lucky to have Shannon walk our dog weekly. I can say with great certainty my dog sees Shannon as a best friend and is always very happy to go on walks with them! Thanks to the BWD team for providing a professional and worry free service!
