I use no one other than Dayna's, and I always feel comfortable knowing Louie is in good hands while I'm away; which makes leaving him at home much easier. Something I have been thoroughly impressed with is their willingness to book on short notice. Dayna is so friendly and professional. She replies immediately via email and always takes time to talk everything through with me on the phone. I also really appreciate the little welcome home note that they leave for us to see when we return. I think it adds a nice personal touch! We have had various pet sitters from DPS, all of which have been great and I felt as though Louie was in good hands. Dayna's pet sitting provides quality services for you and your pet(s)! :)

We have used Dayna's services on a number of these occasions (we have two cats and a dog) and have always been more than happy. As anyone who has animals knows, it's difficult to leave animals for even a night, but we 100% trust Dayna and her crew and leaving is a bit easier knowing they are in great hands. We recently got married and hired Dayna to bring our dog, Eddie, to our wedding photos, and the wedding venue itself to meet our guests. She even brought him down the isle. As far as wedding photos go, it was extremely helpful to have her there to keep Eddie focused when taking pictures. The entire time she was extremely friendly yet professional and did exactly what we asked of her. It was an important addition to our day and I'd highly recommend this service to anyone who is thinking about doing this! Highly recommended!!

I ONLY book Dayna's Pet Sitting for all my overnights and walks. I have Rescue dogs with one in particular that is very reactive and not great about new things (lets be honest, sometimes things hes seen many times before as well!). However, with Dayna and Team he loves them ALL! They are great, patient and very good with my Boss-man. Takes awhile but once he trusts you - you're in. I can go away knowing my 3 dogs and 2 cats (and home) are always in the best of care. Such a relief to not be worrying about my Crew! Thank you Dayna & Team for all you do!! Continued Success!! Until the next Booking... Boss misses you!

Payment was easy(yay!) and I could tell the petsitters are "animal people" who would give my pets a bit of love and attention while I was away. The daily updates and pics were an unexpected plus. Overall, a great service. (Thank you!)

All the people I deal with are friendly and obviously love pets My cat, Pete, is well taken care of and I think if I offered for him to move in with his primary sitter, Richard, he would. Richard keeps me up to date on his antics and always ensures I get home or he or someone else will come in for an extra day. Use these guys for sure if you need to have someone look after your pets and don't want them to be boarded.

Also my daughter's cat water fountain was empty, the motor stopped working but was told they filled it a few times in 9 days. It lasts 3 to 5 days. Not sure how that works. The staff came by twice a day. Lovely lady but the water concerns me. I will not be using their service again.

I've had a few different sitters from their company check in on my cats over the years, but Jen Parmeter is my go-to sitter. She's reliable, communicative, and loves animals. I can always tell my cats are happy when I return because they're totally at ease, curled up in their usual spots, acting as though I hadn't been away for more than a couple of hours :P Booking via email and paying invoices online is super easy - just know that it might take a day or two for reception to get back to you when you email or call to book an appointment. It's never presented much of an issue for me since I usually book well in advance of my trips. The pet-sitters themselves have always been quick to respond to emails while I am away.

Just before our trip our cat was diagnosed with a problem that required 2 pills a day. Dayna's Pet Sitting regrouped quickly and ensured we were assigned a care giver that was completely comfortable giving a cat pills. While away, our little kitty became gravely ill and thanks to all the pre-planning and excellent communication from Dayna's, he was whisked to the vet for critical care. Dayna's literally saved his life. I can't imagine the outcome had we had relied on a neighbour to pop in...not to mention spring on them the whole pill thing! I plan to always rely on Dayna's Pet Sitting.
