City Collision

No one plans for an accident particularly in the middle of a Covid Alberta winter. However when accidents occur if the problem is solved and corrected efficiently and with quality sevice then the impact of the accident is mitigated and a positive outcome occurs. That is what City Collision achieved for me. I did not plan for my sunroof to explode on the QEW but it did.After patching things together I called Crystal Glass thinking they could replace the sunroof. They directed me to Chris at City Collision who was just great. Parts were ordered work was done and in three days problem solved. They communicated seamlessly with my insurance provider. They even came to pick me up after the repair was completed. The facility is spotless. Chris and Pino are very professional. 5 stars. 2 thumbs up. If you need auto collision services I would highly recommend City Collision.

I was in an accident that affected the entire steering of my vehicle. Pino let me know that the vehicle wasn't safe to drive, and made everything very smooth and easy for me to deal with. My SUV was also fixed a full week ahead of their estimated timeframe, which I appreciated so much! Chris was very helpful on the repairs and letting me know what was going on as well, I highly recommend Pino and Chris!

I hit a windrow and wanted to fix my wife's car. I went to City Collision at the recommendation of my mechanic. I am glad I did. They were top notch from beginning to end. Pino, whom did my estimate, was friendly and professional and sincere. He was my first point of contact and my dealing with him made me feel at ease and gave me the feeling that I made the right choice to use them. Linda was welcoming and friendly and helpful in taking care of the paperwork. She made me feel like my business was appreciated. Finally, Chris, the shop foreman, was the last person I dealt with. He was up front and honest about my repair. He didn't push me to get anything not needed. He listened to my concerns and requests and made them happened. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and even let me know I would save money by not needing some of the parts ordered before then got to work. Like Pino and Linda I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. His sincerity and genuine concern to save me as much money as possible yet making sure my repair was done safely was very thoughtful as I was paying out of pocket. It was welcomed and appreciated. I could tell he really cared about my repair and my business. Dealing with City Collision was wonderful experience. They are sincere and genuine and don't take your business for granted. They made sure I was 100% satisfied! I will only use them when I have a accident in the future and I will recommend them to my family and friends. I highly recommend them to anybody that needs a repair. They were my first call to get an estimate. They were also my last call as I knew I could trust them.
