"you mean to say" he was a younger guy in his 20s that I saw before at the gym at planet fitness. I've had problems with him before. he was very ignorant and rude individual that should be fired.

We use to frequent the place but the first time both my partner and I went in (on separate times and days) both of us had our change returned incorrectly. When we stated that we were short changed they argued with us. Recently spoke to the in-laws to find out they have had the exact same experience. Now none of us shop there. Must not be alone because the once busy parking lot is empty a lot and it is at a prime location.
