★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is an absolute disaster, for one thing. I don’t know how you could get anything done in a mess like that. The real issue I had though was they charged an “administration fee” for a Rigid lifetime warranty repair when I picked the tool up, which they implied was from Rigid. I called Rigid directly to confirm, but was told this was not the case. They are supposed to collect a diagnostic fee when you drop the tool off, which is fully refunded if all the required work is done under the warranty. This is not what happened at all, so it looks to me like these guys are just levying this fee for themselves. I’ll be taking my Rigid tools somewhere else in future.
