What is The Marriage Course?
While this course is named The Marriage Course it is actually designed for people living together, engaged couples or people who have been married for a while.
Why do The Marriage Course?
Regular check ups help a car run smoothly and reduce the risk of breakdown. Sports professionals spend hours being coached and perfecting their techniques.
The greatest achievements in life take practice, training, and dedication.
It’s the same with marriage … A strong, loving, and lifelong relationship doesn’t happen by chance. It takes effort and dedication to keep the fun and romance alive. We can all learn how to make even the happiest marriage better.
The Marriage Course is for any couple, whether you’ve been together for one or sixty-one years, and whether you feel you have a strong relationship or are struggling.
No group work, so relax – you will not have to share anything about your relationship with anyone else.
Over seven sessions you will learn how to:
- Understand each other’s needs
- Communicate more effectively
- Grow closer through resolving conflict
- Heal the ways you’ve hurt each other
- Recognize how your upbringing affects your relationship
- Improve relationships with parents and in-laws
- Develop great sexual intimacy
- Discover each other’s love languages and much more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to attend. The parking lot is large and the entrances are nice and roomy. They have great childcare programs from infant to gr6. The people are very friendly and welcoming. They have a small restaurant and it is very warm and enviting. They serve breakfast on Sunday mornings before the service. The price is very reasonable for the quality of food. Great place to worship God.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful people work here. Place is huge so easy to get lost. This church offers so many programs. Both for kids and adults. Depending on the program/group you want to get involved with, you don't have to be a member of their church or even the same faith. It's a great place when needing help to reach out to. At least one of the Pastor's is also a councilor that takes that role as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this church on and off over several weeks. This is one of the largest churches in the City, and it actually serves a delicious breakfast before the service if that is something of value to you. People seemed friendly, but most were more focused on their groups than on greeting people they do not know. Music selection is pretty much new worship music. The messages are well presented, but seemed light on scripture during some visits. Pastor Eldon is friendly and a very good speaker, but we did not have the opportunity to speak with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent church for all ages and a great church for a family. The infant/children’s programs are amazing. Very friendly staff, volunteers, and congregation. Services are very well structured with excellent worship and sermons. This is a church that truly cares about their city, community, and everyone that attends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time at the Xmas service. The pastor seemed upbeat and excited about his role. The actual Church is very high end, while still being inviting. I'd go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just listened to Sunday March 27th sermon( if you can call it that) not one scripture was quoted. That's not preaching the gospel . It's just story telling. If an unbeliever was in the sanctuary...I doubt they would feel any conviction.
