I went to this branch only twice and both the time my experience is worse. At first they messed up with appointment time. There reminder says its at 1:30 pm and the advisor called me at 1 pm that why I am not there. And finish the meeting in 30 minutes and during the meeting she is going here and there. All the 3 representatives I meet there are so arrogant and least to no helpful. Teller was good and helpful. The staff should learn some politeness.

Very busy location. Better than most other CIBC locations. The staff are very competent and Masood the manager is great, always finds a solution and is quick to work.

Cibc is by far one of the worst banks to deal with from their branch reps to their call centers their employees are not trained well enough and this causes huge delays and long lines in branch and on the phone. Will be closing all my accounts and advising family ans friends to close all their accounts absolutely ridiculous service.... cibc clowns

In life sometimes magic happens and CIBC via Nishi Bhutani our Mortage Manager did that . It was because of her ,I experienced the best form of Customer Delight !! She went way and beyond her call of duty to make out life comfortable. Works with a lightning fast speed ,super easy to talk to , understands clients emotional needs and is super caring . I wish we could have more people in Banking just like her who treats their business not just like clients but more like family. I would have rated her way and beyond 5 starts but Google only allows 5 star. Nishi is capable of getting your Mortgage approved by her knowledge of how this Industry work . I would highly recommend her to anyone. Last not the least of you love peace of mind and smooth process give your mortgage file to Nishi and she will then ensure to leave behind beautiful memories in your life forever . Thanks Nishi for letting our dream of home come true . Thanks a lot !!

Their ATM swallowed my credit card from another country and never returned it and it’s saddens me to say no one could help me retrieve it. They said they don’t have access to it and neither they could give a number who has access over it. What if my money got stuck ? Would i have lost the money too ? Worst customer service ever. Thank God I am not their client, I’ll never open an account with them.

It very upsetting when customer service and appointments are ignored at a bank . CIBC is the worst when it comes to keeping up appointment. Our appointment was at 1.30 last Saturday. Waited till 1.40 finical adviser Keenan did not have the presence of mind to walk and apologize stating he is running late. The bank manger incharge appliozed but fail to fix an appointment. Which clearly states they have enough new cleints and not interested in customers who have been thier customers since 15 yrs.

I was suppose to have a phone meeting with Keenan Tandao on April 19, 2022 between 12 pm to 1 pm. He showed up late and to make matter worse he double booked another appointment at 12:30 pm. He then told me he can't help me because my banking was too complex and he would need to fill out 2 or 3 forms and the forms will take over 30 mins and could be hours. This is a lie because after I hung up with him, I got another CIBC person to help me and the issue was resolved in 5 mins. He wasted 15 mins of my time telling me that he couldn't help me. Also a phone meeting is a meeting that doesn't require a person to show up. He insisted that I need to show up in person. Keenan doesn't sound very competent. Also he did mention that he needed to leave at 1 pm. I was basically upstairs from CIBC and could show up downstairs but he then was honest to let me know he actually had another appointment during my time.
